| Cutting Knife |
|
| Any knife that is good for cutting tomatoes is a good |
| bar knife. If you prefer a straight blade, make sure it is very sharp. If this causes undo hardship, a serrated blade will work well for cutting citrus but is not as effective when preparing twists. In either case a 5 inch blade should be adequate. |
